Han Long, Party Secretary and Chairman of BGRIMM Group, Attended the Opening Ceremony of the FOCAC Beijing Summit and the 8th China-Africa Entrepreneurs Conference

On the morning of September 5, Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Beijing Summit at the Great Hall of the People and delivered a keynote speech. President Xi announced that China’s bilateral relations with all African countries having diplomatic ties with China would be elevated to the level of strategic partnership, and that China-Africa relations overall would be upgraded to a "new era all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future." He also unveiled plans to implement the "Ten Cooperation Initiatives for China-Africa Modernization."

On the morning of September 6, Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended and addressed the opening ceremony of the 8th China-Africa Entrepreneurs Conference at the National Convention Center.

Han Long, Party Secretary and Chairman of BGRIMM Group, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the FOCAC Beijing Summit, where he listened to President Xi’s keynote speech on site. He also participated in relevant activities of the 8th China-Africa Entrepreneurs Conference.

On the afternoon of September 6, BGRIMM Group immediately convened a Party committee meeting, using the "First Agenda Item" format to thoroughly study and comprehend the key points of President Xi’s important speech at the summit’s opening ceremony, and to discuss and deploy measures for its implementation.

BGRIMM has also promoted engineering projects tailored to local realities, advancing international industrial capacity cooperation and empowering Africa’s modernization process with "BGRIMM’s wisdom." Through academic seminars, educational cooperation, exchange programs, and training initiatives, BGRIMM has established regular interaction mechanisms with numerous African countries, enhancing China's technological brand internationally and actively contributing to Africa’s autonomous and sustainable economic development. Together with African mining peers, BGRIMM has composed a beautiful chapter of win-win cooperation and shared cultural prosperity.

Looking ahead, BGRIMM Group will thoroughly implement the spirit of President Xi's important speech at the summit’s opening ceremony. It will actively participate in the China-Africa Belt and Road cooperation, deepen technological collaboration with African nations, and further advance the development and utilization of mineral resources toward becoming "safe, green, efficient, and intelligent."
