On 16 may 2020, Sepon gold mine project in Laos produced gold for the first time over the past six years. The client Lane Xang Minerals Ltd (LXML) celebrated the first gold pour on 23rd, May.

BGRIMM, as the flotation technology supplier, is responsible for flotation tests, engineering design for upgrading of the flotation plant, supply of new flotation cells, and equipment procurement service. BGRIMM has been a key player in this gold mine upgrading project and will work together with LXML for gold production ahead of the schedule. Commissioning of the gold mine is projected to commence during the middle of the third quarter this year.
