On 8 August 2014, the strategic cooperation agreement between BGRIMM and Yunnan Gold and Mining Group (YGMG) was signed by representatives of the two sides, Mr. Xia Xiao’ou, Vice President of BGRIMM and Mr. He Bin, President of YGMG. Based on the agreement, both sides identified new research areas including refractory gold ores, development of polymetallic ore deposits, efficient mining and blasting, green and efficient flotation reagents,  automation and digitalization solutions in production, and agreed to strentehen previous cooperation in engineering services, equipment & machinery, chemical analysis and etc.
