On 14 Feb. 2017, BGRIMM signed a strategic acquisition agreement with AnchisesTechnologies Co.Ltd to acquire its 59.5 percent stake. President Xia Xiao’ou of BGRIMM and President Feng Maolin of Anqisheng Technology Co.Ltd addressed the signing ceremony. Representing each party of the agreement, Vice president Zhan Kai and President Feng Maolin signed the agreement respectively. CFO Liu Xianqing, Vice president Han Long and staff from related departments were also present at the ceremony.
