Our new Pre-Concentration & Double Reverse Flotation Process integrates photometric and dense-media separation with reverse flotation to efficiently remove aluminum- and magnesium-containing gangue, without desliming. The technology features a specially developed series of reverse flotation collectors adaptable to phosphate ores from different regions, overcoming long-standing difficulties in froth mobility, separation efficiency, and water recycling.
